Cancellation Policy

At TM in Action, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your services with us.

Cancellation Notice:

Refunds are not possible once a course has commenced. To cancel a course before commencement please phone 07973 303943 giving at least 24 hours notice.

Refund Policy:

If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the full session fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer your slot to another client.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation fee.

Program Cancellations:

For cancellations of multi-session programmes, please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund, while those made within 7 days may incur a partial fee.
