Open to everyone. Attend the free talk, ask questions and decide afterwards whether you wish to learn.
Tuition takes place over four consecutive days, helping you establish an independent TM practice. Most new meditators are likely to become self-sufficient during this time.
Follow-up sessions are available over the next six months to discuss your progress and help you develop full confidence and independence in using the technique.
